When you submit our consultation form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name, service interest, and message content. We do not use cookies for tracking. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded.

Your information is used solely to respond to your consultation request, schedule appointments, and deliver our accounting services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage & Security
Submissions are stored in an encrypted MongoDB Atlas database. Email communications are sent via TLS-encrypted SMTP. Access to your data is restricted to authorized Imperial Ledger personnel only.
4. Data Retention
We retain consultation submissions for up to 24 months after the last interaction. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at hello@imperialledger.com.
